Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

At Xeve.ai, you can cancel recurring subscriptions directly in your account area. The actual cancellation flow is described below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with us within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our online withdrawal function: log in at xeve.ai, open “My Membership” from the left menu, open “Membership Details” (for a membership) or “Subscription Details” (for a character subscription), and click the “Withdraw contract” button. This button is shown to eligible EU customers during the 14‑day withdrawal period; after confirming, you submit a short form with your name and email, and no reason is required. Alternatively, you may inform us of your withdrawal by an unambiguous statement, for example an email to support@xeve.ai.

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel a recurring subscription (character subscription or membership):

  1. Go to the main page of xeve.ai.
  2. Log in.
  3. On the Home page, use the left menu and open “My Membership”.
  4. Open “Membership Details” (for membership) or “Subscription Details” (for a character subscription).
  5. Click “Cancel Membership” or “Cancel Subscription”.
  6. A retention offer may be shown. You can accept it, or choose “Cancel anyway” to continue cancellation.
  7. Confirm cancellation.

After successful cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further recurring charges are applied.

After cancellation, an optional feedback form may be shown.

How to Cancel Your Account

To delete your Xeve.ai account:

  1. Go to the main page of xeve.ai.
  2. Log in.
  3. On the Home page, use the left menu and open “My Membership”.
  4. Click “Delete account” and follow the instructions.

Active subscriptions must be canceled first. If there is remaining valid time after cancellation, deleting your account may cause that remaining access time to be lost.

One‑Time Payments

One‑time payments (30‑day, 90‑day, or 365‑day access) are not recurring and cannot be canceled mid‑term. Your access will simply expire at the end of the paid duration. No refunds or prorations are available for unused days.

Refund Policy

Recurring subscriptions (character‑based or page subscriptions) renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid cycle. No refunds or prorations are provided for early cancellation or unused time.

One‑time payments grant fixed‑term access and do not renew automatically. They are also non‑refundable under any circumstances.

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@xeve.ai. Refund requests are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

Charges on your statement will appear as CCBill.com *xeve.ai. Please refer to this descriptor for any billing inquiries.
