Is xeve.ai only a text chatbot?
No. Xeve.ai includes text chat, but it also includes live video-oriented flows, generated image and video flows, and character-based product routes.
What is the difference between memberships and credits?
Memberships and credits are separate access models. The pricing docs page explains when each one applies and which product areas use them.
What is a custom character?
A custom character is a user-configured companion identity created through the structured character builder.
Where should I look for privacy or legal answers?
Use the dedicated legal pages first. This docs section helps users find those pages quickly, but it does not replace the legal wording.
How much does xeve.ai cost?
There are two prices to know. The all-access membership is $12.99 per month, $6.29 per month on the quarterly plan and $4.89 per month on the yearly plan. Generation credits are bought separately, starting at $4.99; the $22.99 package holds 500 credits, which is 5 credits per image and 20 credits per generated video.
Can I try xeve.ai without paying?
Partly. Browsing characters and opening their pages is free, and some actions can be tried without paying, while premium video actions and generation flows are gated behind a membership or credits. Pricing: memberships vs credits explains which is which.
Can I video call an AI companion?
Yes. Live AI video chat is the core product flow: the character appears on video and reacts during the session with lip sync, gestures and action-based responses. How live AI video chat works describes the flow step by step.
Is there a mobile app to download?
No. Xeve.ai runs in the browser on both desktop and mobile, so there is no separate app-store download and no installation step.
Who is allowed to use xeve.ai?
Adults only. The platform is 18+, and age rules, moderation and account handling are set out in Safety, privacy, age rules and moderation.
