How xeve.ai applies its 18+ rule and identity checks through Didit: when a check is requested, what it involves, and which data xeve.ai receives.
Overview
xeve.ai is a service for adults (18+). In certain cases — for example when a payment provider requires it or when age verification is legally required — we ask you to verify your identity through our verification provider Didit. The check is done once. The binding wording is in the Privacy Policy.

When a check is requested
A check is requested in certain cases: when a payment provider requires it, or when age verification is legally required. The Privacy Policy names no other cases. See also Pricing and Refunds and cancellation.
How the check works
You provide an identity document and a selfie. Didit processes both on its own systems; xeve.ai receives the result of the check and a verification reference. The check takes about a minute and is done once.
Legal basis
Our legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, in particular the protection of minors, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The 18+ rule
xeve.ai is exclusively for adults (18+).
- By using the service you affirm that you are more than 18 years of age (Terms and Conditions).
- All characters and generated media depict adults (18+): Complaints, AI-generated media and provenance.
- We do not knowingly process data of minors; if we become aware of such data, we delete it (Privacy Policy).
