Complaints & Illegal Content Reporting
Jay Web Development & Services ("we", "us") operates xeve.ai. We are committed to keeping the platform safe and lawful. All characters and generated media depict adults (18+ years old), and we operate a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal content — in particular child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual intimate content. This page explains how to report illegal content, request the removal of content, file a complaint, and appeal a decision.
Report illegal content (priority)
To report content you believe is illegal, email info [at] xeve.ai with the subject line "URGENT – ILLEGAL CONTENT REPORT". Reports in the priority categories below are escalated immediately and reviewed ahead of all other requests.
Priority categories:
- Any content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor (CSAM).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content created using a real person's likeness without their consent.
- Content depicting a real, identifiable person that you have the right to have removed.
- Threats, incitement to violence, human trafficking, or other unlawful material.
Please include in your report:
- A link (URL) to the content, or a clear description of where it appears on the platform.
- A description of why you believe the content is illegal.
- Your relationship to the content (for example, the person depicted).
- Your contact details so we can follow up and confirm the outcome.
How we handle reports of illegal content
We act on credible reports without delay. For priority categories we aim to assess and, where confirmed, remove or disable access to the content within 24 hours of receiving a complete report. When we confirm or strongly suspect child sexual abuse material, we preserve the relevant records as evidence and report it to the appropriate law-enforcement and child-protection authorities. We may also suspend the account(s) involved and cooperate with our payment processors and the authorities as required by law.
We maintain an internal audit trail of blocked and reported content so that complaints can be reviewed and our removal process can be demonstrated to auditors and law enforcement.
Content removal & appeals for people depicted
If you have been depicted in our content, or your likeness has been used, and you would like it removed, email us at info [at] xeve.ai. We will remove verified content promptly. Should there be a disagreement regarding a removal request, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral third party.
General complaints
If you would like to make a complaint about our content or service that does not concern illegal material, please contact us by email at info [at] xeve.ai. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days, and the outcome of any investigation or review is communicated to the complainant.
Appeals
If you disagree with a decision we have made — for example, the removal of your content or the outcome of a complaint — you may appeal by email to info [at] xeve.ai, explaining the decision you are appealing and the reasons for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision, and where disagreement remains it may be resolved by a neutral third party.
How we keep content lawful
Every character and generated image depicts an adult. Generation requests are restricted to a fixed, reviewed set of options, user messages are screened against an automated blocklist for prohibited and underage content, and outputs are subject to moderation. You can read more in our Safety, Privacy, Age Rules & Moderation overview.
