Characters and persona types

A stable explanation of standard characters, custom characters, and the persona traits that shape companion identities on xeve.ai.

Last updated

Overview

Characters on xeve.ai are the companion identities that users browse, open, chat with, watch, or build around. Persona types describe the traits that shape how a character is presented, such as personality, relationship style, look, interests, and actions.

A character is not only a name or image. On xeve.ai, a character can include profile text, relationship framing, personality traits, tags, and in some flows a custom configuration created by the user.

Standard characters

The platform includes a browsable library of standard characters. These appear across product and listing pages such as AI Girlfriends, character profiles, live video routes, and chat routes.

Standard characters usually have a fixed identity package on the site. That package can include a display name, description, relationship framing, work or background, hobbies, age-related metadata, tags, and media assets.

Custom characters

Xeve.ai also supports custom characters. In that flow, the user chooses structured traits instead of only typing a freeform prompt. The current builder includes fields such as origin, personality, age, look, relationship style, voice, work, hobbies, kink, special action, and name.

That means xeve.ai supports both prebuilt character types and user-configured character identities.

Persona traits

Persona traits are the stable identity signals that help explain what a character is meant to feel like. On xeve.ai, these can include personality, relationship role, work or backstory, hobbies, tags, and in custom flows a broader set of selected attributes.

  • Personality affects the tone and style of the companion identity.
  • Relationship framing sets the role the character is presented in.
  • Tags and profile highlights help users scan character types quickly.
  • Custom selections give users more control over the persona before creation.

Where persona types appear in the product

Persona information shows up in more than one place. Listing pages help users browse characters. Character details pages summarize profile facts. Chat and video routes use the chosen character identity as the basis for interaction. Generated media flows can also be used around a character.
