Short answer: Secrets AI is an adult AI girlfriend platform at www.secrets.ai, run by Secret Labs Inc., a US company. You chat with realistic or anime companions, make audio calls and generate images and videos, paid with a credit currency called Moments. The free tier allows 20 messages a day; Premium costs $19.99 a month and Ultimate $39.99, with cheaper annual billing. The company is traceable, so it looks legitimate, but many "Secrets AI review" pages on *.pages.dev addresses are not the official site. What Is Secrets AI?
Secrets AI bills itself as the "#1 Realistic AI Girlfriend Website". You pick a companion (realistic or anime, female, male or trans) or create your own, then chat with a choice of chat models and adjustable "thinking levels". Its help center describes a broad feature set:
- Audio calls: real-time voice conversations at 50 Moments per minute, on every plan.
- Image and video generation: photos of one or more companions, and short videos on Premium and Ultimate.
- Memory and Lorebooks: a memory system that grows with your plan, plus Lorebooks on Premium and Ultimate.
- Group chats: two or three companions in one conversation, on Ultimate.
- Scenarios, Reels and Secret Shorts: story openings that continue in chat, and short episodic dramas you watch.
Secrets says the platform has handled more than 300 million messages and 20 million images and videos; those are its own figures. Support runs through live chat and Discord.
Which Website Is the Official Secrets AI?
The official site is www.secrets.ai. Its pages name that address as their canonical URL, the help center lives at wiki.secrets.ai, and account emails come from scrts.ai, as its postmaster page explains. Search Google for "secrets ai review", though, and on November 1, 2026 six of the top ten results were review pages on *.pages.dev subdomains, most with near-identical titles and with names such as "secrets-ai-nsfw-official-site". Despite the word "official" in one of those addresses, none of them is secrets.ai. Type the address yourself before you sign up or pay.
Two more mix-ups to avoid. "Secret AI: Local AI Chat" in Apple's App Store is a different product from a different company (Secret AI L.L.C., secretai.io), and an App Store search on November 1, 2026 showed no app from Secret Labs Inc.; Secrets AI runs in the browser. Charges appear on your statement as "S LABS INC".
Secrets AI Pricing (as of November 2026)
Secrets publishes its plans in its help center. As of November 2026:
- Free, $0: 20 messages a day, basic memory, all companions and audio calls. New accounts get 200 bonus Moments once; free accounts cannot buy more.
- Premium, $19.99 a month ($49.99 for three months, $89.99 for six, or $109.99 a year, about $9.17 a month): unlimited messages, 8,000 Moments a month, a 10% bonus on Moments you buy, video generation, better memory and Lorebooks.
- Ultimate, $39.99 a month ($319.99 a year, about $26.67 a month): everything in Premium plus 15,000 Moments a month, a 15% bonus, group chats, personas, proactive messages, an extra chat model and longer messages.
What Moments buy: a standard chat image costs 50 Moments (100 at 2K), audio calls cost 50 Moments a minute, a custom character costs 500 (the first one is free), and a five-second 720p video costs between 320 and 1,200 Moments depending on the model. So Premium's 8,000 monthly Moments cover about 160 standard images, or 160 minutes of calls, or roughly 6 to 25 short videos. Monthly grants reset at renewal and do not roll over; Moments you buy on top never expire, but the help center does not list their prices. Secrets accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cryptocurrency ($20 minimum). Prices change, so check the current prices in the Store before you pay.
Is Secrets AI Free?
Partly. The free tier gives you 20 messages a day with any companion, basic memory and audio calls, which cost Moments, so the 200-Moment welcome bonus covers about four minutes. The help center caps free chats with custom characters at 100 messages in total, video generation needs Premium, and only subscribers can buy Moments. That is enough to judge the writing, not the media features.
What Secrets AI Allows: Content Rules
Secrets is an explicit adult site. Its terms warn that the material may include AI-generated depictions of nudity and sexual activity, and you confirm that you are over 18 when you sign up. All visuals are generated: the terms state that no real human beings are depicted. Prohibited content includes non-consensual sexual acts, hate, illegal and legally obscene material, and community character submissions must be original rather than based on real people (celebrities, influencers or private individuals) or copyrighted characters. Images and videos pass automated safety and copyright checks.
Is Secrets AI Safe and Legit?
Secrets AI is operated by Secret Labs Inc., which lists an address in Dover, Delaware. Its help center, terms and refund policy are detailed and recently updated (the refund policy on October 21, 2026), and Have I Been Pwned's public breach list had no Secrets AI entry on November 1, 2026. On privacy, Secrets says only you can see your conversations, connections are encrypted in transit, and generated images and videos are served through private, time-limited links. Signing up needs only an email address, with no ID for standard use. Card details are tokenized by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor.
The terms deserve a careful read before you pay:
- Arbitration: disputes go to individual arbitration in Vancouver under British Columbia law, with a class-action waiver; small claims court stays an option if you give notice within 60 days.
- Who owns the output: Secrets owns the images, videos, voice content and replies the service generates; you keep rights only to the prompts you write.
- Refunds: used billing periods are not refunded, Moments purchases are final, and crypto purchases are never refundable. EU and UK users can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days: in full if no premium features were used, otherwise minus what was used.
- Availability: the terms say the site is meant for a limited territory that excludes places where its content is illegal or subject to age-verification laws.
